Casie Dees, 39, currently resides in Poteau,Oklahoma and fights out of Fort Smith, Arkansas. She successfully balances being a mother, a full time career as a Physical Therapist Assistant with the physical and time demands of being an athlete.

Casie is currently training with veteran boxing coach Brian Jones at The Iron Warehouse Gym in Fort Smith, AR.

Last night wasn’t my night. I took the L but the experience was amazing and I honestly can say I want to get in there again and show everyone i can adapt and overcome. Of course a win is what I came for but I’m leaving with some bruises and a few stitches. I’m none worse for the wear. I know I gained some fans showing my grit and heart out there and it was recognized by many. I’m thankful for this experience. I appreciate everyone who has been there for me and my team along the way.
